Olympic Summer Camp offers three 2-week sessions:

 

Session 1:  Monday, June 28 – Saturday, July 10*

Session 2:  Monday, July 12 – Friday, July 23

Session 3:  Monday, July 26 – Friday, August 6

 

*On Monday, July 5th there is no camp due to the Independence Day holiday. This day is made up on Saturday, July 10.

 

Rates
Your child can attend camp all or part of the week, although the more days you sign up for, the better your value.

Included in the cost is all the athletic equipment, transportation to and from each field trip, as well as:

To secure a place in camp for your child, you are required to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit. A second payment of $150 is due on March 15. The final balance payment date will depend on the session you have signed up for as shown in the schedule below.

We fully refund cancellations, in cases where we are able to fill the canceled spot. Refunds in all other cases are purely discretionary.

  • Sign up by February 15 and get 10% off all session fees.
  • Each family who signs up for more than one session will receive a 10% discount on all additional sessions of equal or lesser value.
Morning Extended Care:8:00 am – 8:45 am
Camp Drop Off Window:8:45 am – 9:15 am
Camp Activities:9:15 am – 3:35 pm
Camp Pick Up Window:3:35 pm – 4:00 pm
Afternoon Extended Care:4:00 pm – 5:30 pm

If you need to drop off your child between 8:00 and 8:45 or pick them between 4:00 and 5:30, staff will provide supervision at a rate of $2.50 each fifteen minute increment. Time will be tracked for all camp sessions and a bill will be sent to you at session's end. This is an optional service that can be used without prior arrangement.
